LuxR (BBa_C0062) with a Strong RBS upstream (BBa_B0034). In complex with HSL (synthesized by LuxI, BBa_K081008) LuxR binds to the Lux promoter, activating transcription from Pr (BBa_R0062) and repressing transcription from Pl (BBa_R0063).
